Deep Relaxation and care you deserve
Community Care Wellness is is based on the idea of Deep Care for those that live in the Mountains of North Carolina. Elliott tailors wellness to the individual and is focused first on the nervous system. Their belief is that if we can first bring the nervous system down to a gentle place of rest, we can reset old pain patterns for new experiences of wellness. Moving slowly and intentionally, Elliott encourages co-regulation for deep rest and restoration.

Elliott Jarrett (They/them) specializes in Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapy, Swedish relaxation massage, ScarWork, and Myofascial techniques. Elliott’s kind and humble demeanor is a comforting presence during sessions. Their specialized skills in releasing tension from scar tissue can be especially helpful for those recovering from injuries or surgery. Whether you’re seeking assistance with recovery, chronic pain relief, or just a moment to breathe, Elliott’s healing touch is here to support you.

Community Care Wellness is located at 43 Grove St, Suite 3 in Downtown Asheville. Parking is available in the gravel lot behind the building. Feel free to have a seat in the waiting area upstairs. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out an intake form and consent for treatment

This business is built on a client care model where we truly and deeply want you to feel held and cared for when you visit with us. These policies ensure a positive provider-client experience.
On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to service for intake and consent for treatment forms
Please arrive on time. We will only extend your scheduled session due to practitioner error
Please arrive clean, preferably showered within the last 8 hours. The practitioner reserves the right to politely decline service based on client hygiene
Please cancel no less than 24 hours prior to your session. Same day cancellations will have an expectation of 50% payment, 75% within two hours, and 100% for a no call no show. Given extraordinary circumstances, we’re willing to be flexible. Please operate with honesty, and we will operate with kindness.
Please do not bring rude, violent, or sexually inappropriate behavior into this establishment. This will result in an immediate cancellation, your removal from the premises, and a 100% charge.
